My brief history

Hi my name is Aaron. To give you an idea of where my thoughts come from you have to understand what I've been through the past couple of months and years. I'm 29 years old, and have had hypertension/high blood pressure since '05. In July of this year I went in to see my doctor for a normal check up. The next morning I receive a call from his partner saying get into the ER now. What happened was when they tested my blood; my potassium was at a 1.8 which means two things. First, when it gets to zero or around there your heart stops. Two and this is straight from the Head ER doctor that I should have been in a coma/unconscious state. Instead I was laughing, joking, and talking as if I was talking to a friend on the street. Anyway, long story short 5-6 days later, a MRI, CT, and a Cardiogram later I was told I had Conn's Syndrome/Disease. (Aka one of my adrenal glands is now a non cancerous tumor). My second adventure was about 2 months later when I was relaxing at home, when my heart out of the blue started racing. The short of this one is 911 was called, I was rushed to the hospital. They gave me a medicine which basically was a reset button for my heart and 3-4 days later I went home. The only thing they could figure was that a different hormone went out of whack temporarily. So now you know why or how my perspective might be a little bit weird or strange. Having been on Death's Door, I'm told gives you a unique point of view.

Courtney can be funny at times!!

Unfortunantally, I dont have a picture of this one. We're trying to figure out how this happend. Anyway, here's the story!! Courtney, went to cook the hamburger patties I had just made. All of a sudden she's yelling at me to get in the kitchen. Went i get next to her, I notice there's small flames coming for under the pot we're using. She turns off the burners, and i get the pot off the burner. She than hands me a cover to kill the flames. While we are waiting for the smoke to stop, I notice fakes of something that got burnt. I looked about and notices quite a bit of hairs on my arm got singed.

My kids are growning up to quickly

Now, being out of work for about a month, has really allowed me to do allot of thinking. I realise that even being gone to work for 8 or so hours a day. How much you truly miss the cute little quirks that kids do when they're growwing up. For instance, Mackenzie is an excellent escape artist. Also like her older brother will stop when she comes to an impass, and sit there till they come to an answer. The really funny thing is that she is right behind kyle in almost everything. Kyle, you can tell he's highly intelligent, because like what happens in Primary. It's not that he's miss behaving on purpose. Having been in there with him a couple on Sundays. They put there lessons for the older kids, and because of that he gets bored easily, and just like any other kids he's going to find something to entertain himself.

Unfortunantally, Kyle didn't like meeting Santa all that well so he and daddy sat in front of a christmas tree to take a picture together!!
